The Institute of Management Consultants was approached by a Recruitment Agency wanting assistance in training their staff. Carpenter, Marangos & Co. pitched for the business against 6 other Management Consultants and won.
To assist the salesman we filmed them before induction and at the end of the day. We took them, step by step, through the selling process. We then met them a month later to hone their skills and respond to anxieties.

Such was the success of the training that the sales team had become recognisably more professional. The immediate client response was extremely positive and is anticipating that the improved marketing and selling abilities will forge a 50% increase in turnover.
