Text Box: An example of our skills
A brief overview of a very exclusive service
All of this experience is encapsulated in the way we help companies write business plans.
Are you aware of the different types of business plan? And, if so, who in your organisation has the time and skill to write one?
My experience of writing such plans has taught me the most cost effective way to go about this extremely important exercise. Each and every plan has to be treated differently.
There is no point stressing design strengths to a financier, or the benefits of mezzanine debt funding to a creative audience. However, regardless of the audience and the language used, a business plan shows the route to what you want to achieve. And that is important not just for yourself, but also for those whose help you wish to elicit.
We have been asked to write all sorts of business plans for many types of client. We, Carpenter Marangos & Co question every supposition. We would look at the strengths and weaknesses from every angle. We would include Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts and Cash Flows - and ensure that each of them adds to the logic of the argument, based upon research and qualified assumptions. The end result would be a document which can confidently be presented to anyone you wish. In fact, so respected are we in this particular area that we have been asked by venture capitalists to research and write plans for potential investments on their behalf.
Such a plan can dramatically increase the likelihood of raising the funds you require, as well as helping you launch new products, revitalise existing ones, branch out into new areas of operation, or increase or modernise your production capacity to take advantage of what is a growing economy.

A brief overview of a very exclusive service
New ideas are any compaever, they are often far easier to define and implement from the outside.

As you will quickly realise from the case histories, as a businessman I have always belieed in innovation.

To be truly successful an organisation must constantly renew itself. It must reappraise its relationships with its customers. Is it saying what they wish to hear? Are its products what they want to buy? Is its image a reflection of how they see themselves? Is its future going along the same path as the growing sector of the market, or has it become side tracked?

It must also re-examine how it works with its suppliers. Is the company taking full advantage of their skills and capabilities and so improving what it has to offer? Are steps being taken to see how their technology and systems can be used to bring cost benefits and marketable product advantages to what you sell?

Every company should also analyse how its own staff operate. Are they properly motivated? Is there invigorating respect between departments, or only empty rivalry? Are customers looked upon as an opportunity, or simply as an interruption to an otherwise smooth running operation?

It's not easy. All of this must be carried out in addition to the normal day to day activities of an organisation. But that is where I believe I can help.
